[Hai-users] Omnipro II Calls

Hi Brad,

This Omni Board is installed for almost 3 years. Is has been working fine,
but since last night I'm unable to communicate from the outside :(

And yes the problem is the same when calling from a cell phone or a land
line. I even tried voip, I called another job that we have and the omni
responds perfectly, but this one I'm unable to call it.

Has this worked correctly in the past?

Does this problem occur when using both a cell phone and a landline phone?
