Set your "Unvacated Premises" to NO in Setup - ARM
 
What's happening is you are arming the premises but not telling the Omni you
have left yet (No Entry/Exit zone has been activated).

I'm having a problem with the old Hai Touchscreen.

 

In the touch screen when I arm the security in AWAY mode is start counting
down the time, but after the exist delay, the security goes to DAY mode and
the LED doesn't comes on Red....

 

We've removed the touch panel from the system and only used the Hai keypad
and the system works perfectly.

 

Does anyone have any solution for this? I even tried to add program lines to
force the away mode when the system enters in day mode, but the system
enters on a loop :-(
