[Hai-users] Occasional Aegis data loss

About three times in the last year my Aegis system (installed in 2003,
I think it's a model 2000) has lost the text coding of the messages, 
but apparently not any of the other programming.

So instead of the messages, I hear things like 'Message 23'.

Reloading the messages from the user interface restores them, but I'm
concerned that this might be a sign of other problems, and I'm not sure
if the Aegis is still being actively marketed or supported.

Any ideas as to what to do about this?  Scott, are you back on the list
these days?
