[Hai-users] Aegis Omni Console Failure

I have an install with the following items attached
to the 12V/GND/A/B console connections:
    1. Three flush consoles
    2. One Wireless Receiver

One of the consoles developed a problem after the Aegis 2000
board was replaced with an Omni IIe board.  Eventually, the low hum
at that console developed into a pretty loud screech, so the system
was powered down.

After removing everything from the 12V feed terminal, I attached each
of the 12V leads indivudually.  But two of the console leads produce the 
noise,
at least according to me helper.  Meaning, both leads produce a noise in the
same console (which in one case would be unpowered).

I don't see how this is possible.  Any thoughts before I get another 
helper and retest?
