For all local interactions I now use FIDOH, I got so frustrated with this
kind of thing with web link, I am reticent to tell customers about this
software as well.

Greetings to all fellow HAI Users,
I too am an early adopter of Architechtronics' FIDOH application. It
provides a very useful easily accessible interface to control your
Omni Panel. FIDOH gives its user simple right click access to
programmed Buttons right in their Task Bar! No user name and password
required in day to day use beyond its initial setup. Very handy indeed
and highly recommended. I promote FIDOH to all my clients.
I am also an avid supporter of WebLink II -- once you have it all set
up right (sometimes the tricky part!) it is truly an awesome
application. I find myself checking my system a couple times a day
when I am in the office away from home. One time my daughter was
feeling under the weather and I was able to arm the system into Day
Mode and bump up the temperature -- all remotely.
As for timed lock out periods. If you accidentally close out your IE
Browser before Logging out of WebLink II, no worries, you can simply
log in as another system user with their Name and Passcode already
pre-programmed into the system. HAI provides the ability to have up to
three users logged into the system simultaneously. The installer could
be logged in with pcAccess whilst two other "users" could be logged in
with two different log ins all at the same time. Food for thought!

Cheers,
Dave Robinson
