[Hai-users] Random System Resets: Followup/Solution

Just a final followup to complete the message archive for future reference:

System: HMS 1100 [same as Omni Pro II]
Problem:  Repeated system resets and data loss (voices) and loss of 
communication to Crestron via RS232 port.  Tried new power supplies, new 
serial cable, etc. Only happened when Crestron connected.
Solution: Scott D. from HAI was very helpful and said it was a firmware 
issue (was using v 2.8). Updated chip to newest release and problem solved.
