[Hai-users] Clear "had trouble" message

That's a good question.  You could try sending a "Clear All Messages"
command from PC access, another program, or the telephone menu.

Is there any way to clear a "had trouble" message (zone had trouble, phone
had trouble) message using one of the hai programs (dealer pc access,
web-link, snap-link) instead of the keypad?
