Does anyone have experience with ARCOM Embedded Linux systems?

I'm looking at these for a potential MisterHome port, but their 
pre-sales isn't
oriented towards single-unit evaluations to groups like mine.  Exchanging
info with someone who has worked with them seems like the best way to get
pre-sale references.

I'm considering VIPER and VULCAN units.
