[Hai-users] Out of Control ALC Lighting?

Actually, that is typical behavior for a lighting control that is
receiving a ON command.
For example, RadioRa will be forced ON if the wireless signal says ON no
matter what
the local control intends.
I'd look for a control wiring issue. Any new work being done in the
walls? Any new "pulls"?
I had another similar problem with a system that was programmed for
X-10. It would accept ALL ON
command and translate them to Lutron or whatever. Removing that
programming and making certain
the X-10 codes were more specific (and deeper in the alphabet) solved
that one.
