[Hai-users] Problems viewing WebLink II

I didn't receive the first email stating the problem for some reason but
I should be able to help.
If the problem is with viewing video (Video-Link) then you should
isolate whether this is a problem with the Web-Link client software or
with receiving the video from the server. You can do this by opening
Windows Media Player and viewing the video from there. To get to the
URL to your video server go to the OPTIONS page within Web-Link and look
in the Video-Link Settings section...it should be something like
mms://MyServer:8088.
If the problem is with simply loading the web pages then I would try
removing any RSS feeds you have configured and see if that helps. The
RSS feeds are coming from other servers. Secondly, you might try
selecting a different startup page when you login...something that
contains very little data...like the Buttons page. You might also
trying logging in to somebody else's server if they'll let you. I
suspect this to be more of an IE issue than that of Web-Link though
given that it works fine from other computers.
