Are you certain it is the keypad(s) or something on the keypad bus. Try
reconnecting your dead keypads directly to the terminals on the Omni (with
all others removed), one at a time. This should give you concrete evidence
whether the issue is with the k/p's.

I emailed them last week asking the same thing... But haven't heard back
from them yet.
I hope they start RMA's back up soon -- I've got three keypads that have
mysteriously gone bad in the past two months and hope to get replacements
soon -- I only have one working in my house now, and I'm getting nervous
that I'm going to come home one day and won't be able to turn off the alarm.
