I doubt that the day-to-day differences in barometric pressure would 
make enough change in the enthalpy at a given temperature and relative 
humidity to make a perceptable difference in comfort, since that's a 
rather relative term.  It might make more of a difference at higher 
altitudes.  

If you were dealing with steam tunnels in commercial building complexes 
you would have needed to take the pressure into account, or at least that's
what I remember from my thermodynamics course in around 1970, and the 
primary reason I mentioned it earlier is that the web app I gave includes 
it as one of the variables.
