[Hai-users] OPII ethernet & events

There is a bug in Version 2.5d and 2.6 firmware that causes events
uploaded via Ethernet to be incorrect.  This was corrected in version
2.5e and 2.6a (and later) firmware.  Call HAI for an upgrade.
