[Hai-users] Why does my Omni II Pro dial out on arm/disarm?

I have Report Open/Close set to ZERO. but *still*, as soon as my arming
delay is finished, the Omni seizes my phone line and apparently calls the
station. 

 

Similarly, when I disarm, it does the same thing.

 

I tried setting Report Open/Close to ONE, but this only made it not wait for
the arming delay before dialing out.

 

Any thoughts?
