I've never seen an Omni II, having an OP2 but I'm guessing they are
approximately the same.  Mine uses resettable (electronic) fuses. What
I would do is find the source of 12v and then disconnect the users 1
at a time until the problem clears.  Then you know the line causing
the problem and then you could eliminate what's connected to that line
1 device at a time until you find the problem.

Another alternative is that your total demand on the line is just too
close to what is provided.  And yet another problem would be that
there is a short in the line.  

Hard to say without being there, but that will give you a way to go
about testing.  A small voltmeter would be invaluable.
