Doug,
Yes, I have a router: Netgear FVS318.
I tried opening Port 80 on the router. No joy.
Why would this make a difference if server is on private side of router?
Here is what I have done. Shut down all computers on the network except the
XpPro Server and a Win98Se machine. Still get the same response from
Web_link.
I have added Web_link as an exception on the server in Windows firewall.
No joy.
Thanks for your time.

Do you have Web-Link listed as an exception for the XP Pro firewall? For
access to the server computer, this have to be listed on all computers on
the network.

New install of Web-Link II.
Xp Pro
Can access weblink pages just fine from server machine.
When I go to 2 other machines on my network, and attempt, I get the Web-Link
Login page. I type in the correct user name and access code.
I click Login, and all that happens is the User name and Access code is
cleared from the dialog boxes. Web-link never serves up the pages.
If I go back to the server machine and attempt to log in, then Web_link says
user is already logged in.
Suggestions appreciated.
