  Yes, I also run Web-Link on two different computers with XP SP2.  I use
the firewall but just make an exception for the Web-Link.

    Just out of curiousity, did you try shutting off the WINXP SP2 firewall
before downgrading?

    I'm running Web-Link on a XP SP2 box with no issues.  I have the
firewall shut off.
