[Hai-users] Weblink II setup issues

OS:  XP Pro, fully up to date

HAI Comm Server comes up, it is communicating with the controller. (see it
D/L names, time updates)

IIS is up (get the parking page)

Did the DCOM changes, though the screens did not match the directions.

Unblocked HAI Comms Server in the MS Firewall, no other firewall present.

When I try to bring up the client I get the dreaded "Web-Link II Server
Initialization failed!" display.


What should I try next and is there a support site I can visit (I'm
registered).
