[Hai-users] outdoor temp sensor adjustment

Call HAI and complain. Then call them again and again.
They have issues with these and they know it.
But don't hold your breath. They replaced two of mine once, and they were no
better. I was promised another replacement as soon as they worked thru some
vendor issue, but that was months ago and I've never received it.
They've dropped the ball big time on this temp/humidity sensor issue.
Absolutely pathetic. Just like Microsoft. Don't worry about fixing the bugs,
just keep on releasing new stuff, instead of fixing what's already in the
field.

Subject: [Hai-users] outdoor temp sensor adjustment

I think this was discussed here before, but I can't find it.....

My outdoor temp sensor is reading high about 5 degrees; how does one adjust
this thing to get it in line with the actual temperature?

And yes, it is mounted correctly.....

thanks
